Who you’re contracting with

The LaunchSite service is operated by Vooju Pte. Ltd. (UEN 200311796E), a company incorporated in Singapore. “LaunchSite” is a trading name for this service; all quotes, invoices, and agreements are issued by, and binding on, Vooju Pte. Ltd. Vooju Pte. Ltd. is not GST-registered, so no GST is charged and published prices are final.

Scope of these terms

These website terms govern your use of launchsite.sg. They do not replace the service agreement you sign for a specific project; where the two differ, the signed agreement governs. The promises summarised on this site (ownership, published pricing, delivery credits, launch sign-off, support SLA, complaints policy, reporting) are given effect by the clauses of that agreement.

Content and figures

Prices, package scopes, and grant figures shown on this site are indicative and may change; the figures that bind are those in your quote and signed agreement. Guidance articles are general information, not professional or legal advice.
