The Problem is why we exist. The Promise is what we sign. This is the how: the eight stages of a LaunchSite project, and the clause that governs each one. No black boxes, no surprises after signing.
One message to one named human, and a reply within 4 business hours, no call funnel, no gatekeeping. Tell us what you're building; we'll tell you which package fits and roughly what it costs before you commit to anything.
We put the scope in writing: page counts, what's templated versus custom, revision rounds, at a published, fixed price. Nothing is 'to be confirmed later'. You sign the service agreement and pay the first milestone.
Your named project lead is introduced, the same person who answers after launch. Your domain, code repository and every login are put in your name from day one. The delivery date and its delay-credit go on the calendar.
For Business and Commerce builds we design from wireframe up, and you approve the look before a line of build code is written, within your agreed revision rounds.
We build your site into your own repository and put it on a private staging link you can watch take shape. You're never waiting on a black box to open.
Before anything goes live you walk a written checklist, no placeholder text, forms tested, mobile checked. The final invoice literally cannot be issued until you've signed it.
We flip it live and hand you a register of everything already in your name: domain, repo, logins, analytics. If we were ever late, the delay credit is already applied to your final invoice.
The same named person answers, first reply under 4 business hours, on whichever care plan you choose. Each month you get a report of the things a business runs on: enquiries and leads, not jargon. Hosting is a standalone service you can leave any time, free.
No deposit until the price, the date and the promises are signed by both of us. Message us and a named human replies within 4 business hours.
