The Process · from first message to a live site

Every promise has a moment it comes due. Here's when.

The Problem is why we exist. The Promise is what we sign. This is the how: the eight stages of a LaunchSite project, and the clause that governs each one. No black boxes, no surprises after signing.

1
Phase 1 · scope, price, signature
Agree
Stage 01

First contact

One message to one named human, and a reply within 4 business hours, no call funnel, no gatekeeping. Tell us what you're building; we'll tell you which package fits and roughly what it costs before you commit to anything.

Your partMessage us on WhatsApp.
Clause 5 →
Stage 02

Scope & fixed quote

We put the scope in writing: page counts, what's templated versus custom, revision rounds, at a published, fixed price. Nothing is 'to be confirmed later'. You sign the service agreement and pay the first milestone.

Your partRead the scope, ask anything, sign.
Clause 2 →
2
Phase 2 · kickoff to staging
Build
Stage 03

Kickoff & ownership

Your named project lead is introduced, the same person who answers after launch. Your domain, code repository and every login are put in your name from day one. The delivery date and its delay-credit go on the calendar.

Your partMeet your lead; hand over brand assets.
Clause 1 →
Stage 04

Design you approve

For Business and Commerce builds we design from wireframe up, and you approve the look before a line of build code is written, within your agreed revision rounds.

Your partReview and approve the design.
Clause 2 →
Stage 05

Build & staging

We build your site into your own repository and put it on a private staging link you can watch take shape. You're never waiting on a black box to open.

Your partAdd content, review staging.
Clause 1 →

Phase 3 · the gate to go-live
Launch
Stage 06

UAT sign-off

Before anything goes live you walk a written checklist, no placeholder text, forms tested, mobile checked. The final invoice literally cannot be issued until you've signed it.

Your partTest and sign the launch checklist.
Clause 4 →
Stage 07

Handover & go-live

We flip it live and hand you a register of everything already in your name: domain, repo, logins, analytics. If we were ever late, the delay credit is already applied to your final invoice.

Your partReceive the handover register.
Clause 3 →
4
Phase 4 · after launch
Care
Stage 08

Support & reporting

The same named person answers, first reply under 4 business hours, on whichever care plan you choose. Each month you get a report of the things a business runs on: enquiries and leads, not jargon. Hosting is a standalone service you can leave any time, free.

Your partPick a care plan, or don't. No lock-in.
Clause 7 →
Execution page

That's the whole journey. Ready to start it?

No deposit until the price, the date and the promises are signed by both of us. Message us and a named human replies within 4 business hours.
